A more comprehensive level of care for clients who need additional physical assistance and personal support as part of their daily routine. Typical support includes: Bathing assistance, hair washing and styling, continence care, changing bed linen, and light cleaning within the client’s living space.
Booking Policy
Booking & Confirmation All home care services require a booking request or personalised care quote before confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after availability, care requirements, and pricing have been agreed. Personalised Care Each service is delivered based on an individual care plan. The level of support, duration, schedule, and final price depend on the client’s needs and agreed scope of care. Changes & Cancellations If you need to change or cancel a scheduled visit, please provide advance notice where possible. Late changes or cancellations may affect availability or future bookings. Service Scope Green Bee provides non-medical in-home care services only. Medical treatments, procedures, or medical advice are not provided.
