1. Services

Green Bee provides non-medical in-home care services and mobile manicure and pedicure services, delivered at the client’s home.

Services may include personal support, companionship, everyday assistance, and nail/foot care.
Green Bee does not provide medical treatments, procedures, or medical advice.

2. Bookings & Quotes

All home care services require either a booking request or a personalised care quote before confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only once availability, care requirements, and pricing have been agreed.

Manicure and pedicure services may be booked directly or added to care services where available.

3. Pricing

Prices are provided on an hourly or per-session basis and depend on:

• level of support required

• duration of service

• time of service (after 4:00 pm, weekends, public holidays)

• individual care needs

Final pricing is confirmed in advance.

4. Payments

Payments may be requested as a deposit or as full payment.

Clients are responsible for entering the correct payment amount and reference number.
Green Bee cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing payment details.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• provide accurate information regarding care needs

• ensure a safe and suitable environment for services

• inform Green Bee of any changes affecting care delivery

For manicure and pedicure services, a clean space and basic access (such as warm water for pedicure) may be required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Bee provides non-medical support only and is not liable for outcomes related to medical conditions or treatments.

While every effort is made to provide safe and professional services, Green Bee is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes to Services

Green Bee reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or availability where necessary. Clients will be informed of any material changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
